寫在前面:這是我自己的影子書，咒語或祈禱文來自於所有我可能看過的資料，或古老的或現代的。內容我已經簡化過也寫成中文，並改成個人能夠操練的儀式過程，有任何意見，請私底下討論，畢竟儀式是非常神聖而且個人的，也特別請懷抱著敬意，謝謝。
道具Tools:
黑白蠟燭一對(男神與女神)
四元素象徵物(蠟燭、水、香、海鹽)
大釜(或鐵碗鐵鍋)
蘋果(另外你可準備一些應景的水果以及南瓜)
黑麥麵包
紅酒或葡萄汁
糖果
一些水果或點心
黑色紙張
※ 還有你的巫術道具
儀式過程Ritual :
1. 淨化自身purification of self
2. 淨化場地purification of space
3. 建立神聖空間create the sacred space
(當然你也可以使用你所熟悉的方式)
(1) 建立魔法圈(使用蠟燭或匕首) cast the circle
布置好你的聖壇，放上所有你的儀式道具以及獻祭品，拿著你的巫術匕首或權杖，從北方(或可從東方)，視覺化尖端放出藍白色光芒朝著地上，順時鐘走圓圈，一邊行走一邊誦念:
我將此圈奉獻給神與女神，彰顯大能並守護他們的子民。
I consecrate this circle to the Goddess and the God . Here may they manifest and bless their child.
面對祭壇(高舉權杖或匕首):
這是時間外的時間，空間外的空間，曆法之外的曆法。我站在不同世界之間，玄秘的面紗之前，願古老的力量守護我令我永遠走在正確的道路上。憑藉太陽月亮的光芒，憑藉天上星辰的力量，憑藉所有神聖的符號，我以此權杖(匕首)號令你，守護我遠離所有邪惡不義力量於此時此地。
F Altar : This is a time that is not a time, in a place that is not a place, on a day that is not a day. I stand at the threshold between the worlds, before the Veil of the mysteries. May the old ones protect me that I may walk the true path forever. By the bright circle of golden sun and silver moon. By the dread potency of every star in the sky, by each and all of these supernal signs, I do command you with this sacred blade.
Guard me in this time and place from all evil and unbalanced forces.
張開雙手，迎接神聖的力量:來吧，所有今晚願意協助我的，我邀請你進來，請協助我創造並完成所有願望。
Raise arms : Come, all those who would help me here this night. I give you welcome within this circle. Join your powers with my desires that I may create and accomplish.
(2) 淨化四元素 purification of four elements
將權杖或匕首尖端對準象徵物，這是聖化四大元素的象徵物。
鹽:女神賜福於此鹽，大地的元素，永遠榮耀土地是女神之體。
Salt : The blessing of the goddess be upon this salt, symbol of Earth. May Ever honor the blessed earth that’s Her body in the world.
水:女神賜福於此水，水的元素，永遠是不竭大釜的重生之水
Water : The blessing of the goddess be upon this water, symbol of Water. May Ever remind me of the endless cauldron waters of rebirth.
鹽與水的聯合:水與土，生命的元素，因碰觸淨化，因力量聖化，敬仰你，偉大的女神。
Salt and water: Water and Earth, Elements of birth. By touch, purify. By power, sanctify. Great goddess, be your adored.
蠟燭或火炬:男神賜福於火，火焰的元素，永遠榮耀與我舞動的火焰。
Candle or charcoal: The blessing of the God be upon this flame, symbol of Fire. May Ever honor the sacred fire that dances within me.
香:男神賜福於此香，大氣的元素，永遠聆聽對靈魂的聖示。
Incense: The blessing of the God be upon this incense, symbol of Air. May always listen to the spiritual inspiration that whispers to the soul.
火與香料:火與氣，公正的元素，因碰觸淨化，因力量聖化，敬仰你，偉大的男神。
Fire and incense: Fire and Air, Elements so fair. By touch, purify. By power, sanctify. Great God, be your adored.
(3) 點燃四方蠟燭 Light up the candles.(從北方開始順時針點燃)
4. 召喚神靈Invocations
(1) 四方的守護者 Four quarters of Elements(面對四個方向做四方祈請姿勢)
北方之風，北方之門的守護者，大地與母親的古老力量。靠近並且守護我們今晚的儀式，讓一切惡意的遠離我們視線。

東方之風，東方之門的守護者，大氣與風的古老力量。靠近並且守護我們今晚的儀式，讓一切惡意的遠離我們視線。
Genie in the east wind .Guardians of the eastern gate, Ancient ones of Air and winds. Draw close and guard our rite this night, keep all who do us harm far from our sight.
南方之風，南方之門的守護者，火與熱情的古老力量。靠近並且守護我們今晚的儀式，讓一切惡意的遠離我們視線。
Genie in the south wind .Guardians of the southern gate, Ancient ones of fire and passion. Draw close and guard our rite this night, keep all who do us harm far from our sight.
西方之風，西方之門的守護者，水與愛的古老力量。靠近並且守護我們今晚的儀式，讓一切惡意的遠離我們視線。
Genie in the west wind .Guardians of the western gate, Ancient ones of Water and love. Draw close and guard our rite this night, keep all who do us harm far from our sight.
(2) 女神與老婦 Goddess and the crone
仁慈的女神，你是眾神之后，暗夜的明燈。一切生物的創造者，男人與女人之母，父神的愛人，你是今夜的智慧老婦，黑暗之女，你是死亡，你是重生。你站在世界之間眼觀一切，以你力量充滿我，守護我輩靈魂，燃起神聖火焰。來吧，生命的統治者。
Gracious goddess, you who are the queen of the gods. The lamp of night, the creator of all that is wild and free. Mother of woman and man, lover of the horned god. You are the Crone of wisdom tonight. Dark Lady, you are death, you are rebirth. Stand between the worlds, see through all lies, fill us with your powers, hold our soul and light the sacred fire. Come to us …….you are the ruler of life.
◎點亮女神(銀)蠟燭
(3) 男神與黑暗之主 God and the lord of shadow
光輝的父神，你是眾神之王，太陽之主。一切生物的導師，女人與男人之父，月神的愛人。今晚你是陰影之王，自永夏之地歸來，請以真理與真知充滿我們，你的僕人，教導我們靈魂之奧祕。來吧，陰影之王。
Blazing god, you who are the king of the gods, lord of the sun. Master of all that is wild and free, father of woman and man, lover of the moon goddess. Tonight you are the dark lord of shadows, return to from the summerland. Fill us ,your servant, with truth and knowledge, teach us the secrets of soul. Come to us……you are the lord of shadow.
◎點亮男神(金)蠟燭
(4) 先祖或亡者Ancestors
這個晚上，據說先祖善靈們能夠從永夏之地回到人間，所以我們可以跟祖先一起慶祝這個活動，因為你開啟神聖空間，請不需要有太多恐懼。
以下祈禱文是請男神與女神敞開大門，讓先祖們回來:
陰影之王，生靈之后。請以對死亡的真知，敞開濃霧的大門，讓我們過去的摯愛，來到這裡與我們共度此夜。
Lord of shadows, Lady of life. Yet is the knowledge of thee, the knowledge of death. Open wide the Gates through which all must pass, let our dear ones who have gone before. Return this night to be with us.
5. 獻祭 Ritual observance
酒獻給女神，麵包獻給父神，糖果獻給精靈，先祖享用其它獻祭品。
Wine to goddess、bread to god、candy for quarters and ancestors share all another things.
端起酒:豐饒女神，請以你的愛祝福這杯酒，以你之名，當我們飲用如飲用生命之泉。(可以沾酒灑在地上後啜一小口酒)
Wine: Goddess of abundance, bless this wine with your love. In your names, as drink, We know that drink from the cauldron of life.
端起麵包:豐收之神，請你請以你的愛祝福這麵包，以你之名，當我們食用如分享生命種子。(可以撕一小塊麵包食用)
Bread: God of harvest, bless this bread with your love. In your names, as eat, we know that share your seed of life.
端起糖果:享受這場盛宴，四方的風
Candy: Enjoy our feast, ancient ones in the four winds.
心裡懷想祖先:享受我們的盛宴，摯愛的，妳們在我們之前來並點亮我們的過去與未來。
Ancestors: Enjoy our feast , dears ones, we honor you who have come before us, light up our past and future.
◎你可以喝酒與吃麵包還有糖果等等，都享受到一點即可。這是一場慶典，你也是參與者，所以也應該一起分享。
6.燒毀陳舊能量以及身分 Burning away the negative and past.
這需要用草藥或可以海鹽加藥用酒精起火盆，草藥中如果能加入羅勒還有乳香效果會更好，或這段可以參考黑色蠟燭淨化術。
(1)黑色紙張吹氣Blow to the black paper.
拿起黑色紙張看著，並且在內心強烈想著你希望轉化或是驅逐的事件，甚至是你的個人身分，最好一張只針對一件重要事件。當然你做這個動作前請你必須要三思，因為這或許會帶來不小的影響。(如果你是起火盆，力量更強可以全部吹完再燒)
(2)順時針召喚黑暗老婦 Walk clockwise after call the crone
順時針圍繞火盆，並唱誦召喚黑暗老婦的力量:黑暗之母，夜晚統治者，死亡與重生之后，請聆聽且看顧你的子民。我們榮耀汝，企求汝之福助，請蛻去我們的舊皮如你變形之易。
Black crone calls: Dark Mother, Ruler of the night. Goddess of death and rebirth. Hear and behold your children. We honor thee, asking for thy blessing and favor, please take off our old skin as you shift you shape.
(3) 燒毀紙張
繞行時準備投入黑紙之前，可以大聲說:榮耀老婦
Chanting: honor the crone.
(4)點燃白色蠟燭 light up the white candle in cauldron
7.蘋果的守護 Apples
蘋果是萬聖節重要的巫術水果，當他橫切時出現五芒星，將會帶給我們在寒冬之中的守護力量，所以你要準被橫切蘋果的刀，最好是沒有使用過的刀，至少也不要切過肉。
(1)今晚眾靈在我們之間遊走，他們是家人朋友，故人寵物或是任何一切，我們一起分享這生命與智慧的果實。
Tonight as the spirits walk amongst us, they be family, friends, foes, pets and wildlifes. We share this fruit of wisdom , the fruit of life.
(2)橫切蘋果Cut an apple
(3)不論是好是壞，神聖之果陪我們走在堅定的道途上Some to trick, some to treat, Stay we on the paths we believe, with the sacred apples we go.
8.感謝與送返 Thanks and Dismissals
關於送返有很多種流派的做法，你可以依照你自己信仰的順序。
(1) 女神goddess
對著銀色蠟燭:萬福女神，萬物之母，你給予世界生命，我們感謝汝今夜之愛。慈悲女神，黑暗之中為我們放光，感謝與祝福這一切。
Blessed lady, Mother of all. You who gives birth to the fallen, we thank thee for thy love this night. Gracious Goddess, teach us to know that in the times of greatest darkness, yet ever still you are our light. Thanks and bless be.
(2)男神god
對著金色蠟燭:綠地與森林之神，您年年奉獻為我，而母親令您重生，我們感謝您今夜之愛，並請求您時刻與我們同在，感謝與祝福這一切。
Great Lord of the fields and forest, You who sacrifice yourself for us each year. That life may eternally be renewed by the mother, we thank you for your love this night and ask that you stand with us always. Thanks and blessed be.
(3)四方守護者quarters
分別對著四個方向，做出送別動作:北方(東南西)古老的守護者，我們感謝你今晚在魔法圈內與之外的協助，請加速我們的咒語並且傳遞我們的愛，直到我們下次再會。
Ancient guardians of the north(east, south, west), we thanks for your help both within the circle and without. Blow fast our spells and speed our love, till next we meet again.
(5) 先祖ancestor
記得送走祖靈:我們的摯愛，感謝你的到來。而太陽歸白晝，月亮歸夜晚，妳們將回到永夏之地，因你的愛我們強壯，請勿擔憂，請勿逗留，你已上路。
Dear our loved ones, thanks for your coming, now, sun for day and moon for night, you are going on your journey to summerland. With your love We may strong, Don’t worry. Don’t stay , you are going on your way.
9.穩定能量Earthing the energy
利用深呼吸或短暫冥思，讓自己能量接地Grounding
10.解除結界Break the circle
可以搧滅金銀蠟燭以及逆時針搧熄四方蠟燭
11.淨化與還原purification
收祭壇，最後以薰香淨化空間，可以用魔法掃帚掃過。
